Refund & Cancellation Policy – Btexloop Academy

At Btexloop Academy, we strive to deliver high-quality training and digital education experiences. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which payments may be refunded or courses cancelled.
1. Course Fees
All fees must be paid as specified during registration.
Fees are generally non-refundable once a course has started.
2. Refunds
Refunds may only be granted under the following conditions:
Course Cancellation by Btexloop Academy – If we cancel a program for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
Withdrawal Before Start Date – If a student withdraws at least 5 working days before the course start date, a 70% refund may be granted (30% covers administrative costs).
Technical Issues (Virtual Classes) – If access to online training is not possible due to verified technical failures on our side, a proportional refund may be issued.
Refunds are not available for partial attendance, missed classes, or change of personal schedule.
3. Cancellation & Transfers
Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another batch/course (subject to availability).
Requests must be made in writing via email: btexloopacademy@gmail.com.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.
