Children under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian.
We require consent before collecting, storing, or publishing any child’s personal information (e.g., photos, projects, or testimonials).
3. Online Safety
Virtual classes are conducted via secure platforms.
Access links are shared only with registered parents/guardians.
Recording of classes without consent is prohibited.
4. Staff & Instructors
All instructors and facilitators are expected to act professionally and respectfully at all times.
Btexloop Academy maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct.
